ISSUE:

Updates download successfully and install until 100%, but then say install failed.

PROBLEM:

Corrupted SD Card

SOLUTION: (Windows Only - Not sure how to do this on a MAC)

1. Open Windows Explorer
2. Right-click on the SD card drive
3. Select PROPERTIES
4. Select TOOLS tab
5. Select check for errors (top one)
6. Select ok to automatically correct errors

This solved the problem for me. Hope it works for everyone else.
